I don’t want to be a model myself, but i want to have my own talent or modeling agency. What kind of degree do i need?

I am planning on going into london to meet model agencies e.g. models 1. I have come across a few model management companies and i was wondering if you could tell me what the difference between a model manaement and a modeling agency? can they still provide you work and give you contracts as a normal agency can?
