Although some are yet to be proven, but there is no denying that regular use of sauna can be good for certain aspects of health. To begin with the most obvious would be the benefits from effects to the skin. As the body heats up, blood vessels will dilate and thus increases circulation to the skin meaning more oxygen, even as it sweats out toxins.
