Health could simply be defined as the physical well being of the people. According to the United States, Department of Agriculture, World Health Organization, for a person or persons to sustain an healthy life, three things are required: They include rest, exercise and diet. Rest, being the first is meant to be observed an a daily basis one and half to two hours apart from the one we always observe at nights.
