Inspired by a gym conversation - the point was made that really all exercise, nutrition and health and fitness endeavours succeed or fail in one’s head! I strongly agree since nothing happens without first a thought - whether it be positive or negative! Positive mental attitude is the precursor for health and fitness success and success in any endeavour in life. As a personal trainer I still see too many people who fail to achieve their health and fitness goals (they would be the gym members that don’t use my personal training service and who hold negative attitudes towards their health and fitness or life in general). This article examines some easy techniques to apply for maintaining a positive attitude to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

The Truths Based on Alternative and Complementary Medicine
Alternative or complementary medicine is an approach for treating disease, illness and medicine other than the common methods used by modern medicine as dispensed by most doctors today, and marketed worldwide through the pharmaceutical industry. This “type” of medicine may be said to complement since ideally, these alternative methods are used in addition to, rather than, instead of the medicine prescribed by the doctors. When both alternative and modern medicines are used as a “combination”, the practice is called integrative medicine.
