Hemorrhoids is a venous problem wherein a network of veins in the anal canal/rectum becomes dilated and swollen. The reason for this dilatation would be the increased pressure during bowel movement. hemorrhoids are known for the pain and discomfort it causes. Signs and symptoms of hemorrhoids include the presence of blood streaks in the stool, protrusion in the rectal region, pain while sitting and inability to defecate due to discomfort and pain.
